For orders outside the UK, Take Note Publishing will charge your credit card in pounds sterling. Your bank will then use the prevailing exchange rate on the date the transaction reaches them.
There is a 10% discount when you order 3 or more of the same item.
Terms and Conditions
Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just click on the item you wish to buy. You can go directly to the payment pages or add other items to your basket. You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
- We accept credit and debit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your card company will automatically convert the transaction into your local currency.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.
- If you prefer you may send your credit card information via phone or post.
Delivery
A link will be sent to you after your order has been confirmed. This will allow you to download the software installation package.
Cancellation
Should you order an item in error, or wish to cancel an order, please telephone Take Note Publishing immediately on 01342 836689. We will issue a full refund provided you have not yet downloaded the software.
Credit Card Security
Your order is safe with us. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. If you have any questions regarding this, please email Alan at info@takenote.co.uk.

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble money back guarantee. The 30 days start from when you receive your order. Your statutory rights are not affected by any of our terms and conditions.

Take Note Publishing Ltd. does not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. We maintain information given at the time of ordering for internal accounting purposes and order processing. Information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. All complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days and we will endeavour to resolve these immediately.
